About 1800 NE 18th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305
A charming ranch home situated on a large lot in the Poinsettia Heights neighborhood. The home was improved with updated plumbing, electrical and a renovated kitchen.
The third bedroom was taken out to increase the great room, which added to the view of the back porch and the pool that runs along the back of the property. With the change, the kitchen is perfectly positioned to prepare meals and entertain at the same time. Tropical foliage was planted along the privacy fence that surrounds the property.
